I have been bringing my C230 Mercedes in for Service now for several years. I have ALWAYS felt like a Friend while in there, NOT just a Customer. I wait while getting my Car Serviced. Buddy, your first contact when you walk in, has ALWAYS been warm and friendly!! Another contact is, Sadie, a VERY large Doberman that is SO sweet. Criag, the Owner, is forever pleasant and friendly too. When not out of the Office Golfing. LOL They are honest and up front on the cost. IF they do find something else wrong, they come and talk with you. NO Surprises like other places!! Will trust my Car w/them ALWAYS.
