I had called and spoken to Buddy before bringing my car in; when I did get to the shop, they were having some computer problems. Buddy kept me updated and apologized profusely for the longer-than-usual wait time. Service done came in at .18 over the estimate, I was impressed. Planning to go back next time I need something done.
