I took my car in the morning only to have a flat tire repaired. The person in charge asked me leave the car, because it was going to take some hours to have the work done, but for sure told me that the car will be ready at noon. I explained to him the need to have the car ready at 12. Hey said don't worry. So I went to my office, walking 20 min, at 12 ordered a taxi to take to pick my car, only to find out that nothing was done since 8 am. This person said if you don't like it take it. So I had to take my car with a flat some place else. He never offered an apology or showed interest in solving my problem. Last year after waiting hours to have a flat tire repaired they scratched the rim big time. The patch lasted like 3 weeks.
