Failed to get work done as promised

Made appointment four days ahead of time. Showed up on time and told that it wouldn't be more than 2 hours.
We called 3 hours later and they hadn't even started yet.
Was told this isn't a lube shop.
NOT WHAT WANTED TO HEAR AFTER WASTING HALF A DAY!
If you are from out of town you are a low priority.

disingenuous.

Based upon previous positive experience, I took my diesel there for an oil and fuel filter change. I called ahead for a quote and then in person dropping off, informing them that the truck took full synthetic oil. Later when I picked up, the invoice read that they put a blend back in. Too late to complain now so I drove home. Then next day I tried to start up and the batteries were dead, couldn't even jump start it. I'm sure it is a coincidence but I will now check to make sure that they put fresh filters in. I won't be back of course and now that you have been warned, I suggest that you go elsewhere or get a detailed proposal before you allow them to touch your vehicle.

Horrible

I have brought my truck there about 10 yrs ago and had no issues with them. About 4 yrs ago I went back and got completely jacked around. I wanted a quote for ball joints and tie rod ends and they insisted I bring it in to look at. After 130$ later they told me what I already knew but wanted me to rebuild the entire front end for $5,000 frustrated I payed the 130 dollars to walk away and have another shop look at it and tell me all I needed was ball joints and tie rod ends about a fraction of coopers price. A freind just went there for an oil change in there new vehicle and the night of the looked and wow the oil is black and old as well as water topped off in there reservoir which the tech said was a new "clear" coolant haha what a joke. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

$1700 and didn’t even fix or check what I asked them to do.

I took my truck in to have a collapsed lifter diagnosed and repaired. Never did anybody ever check anything to do with lifters. Replaced my pcm and changed my oil and charged me $1700 and gave back my truck still broken. I have since removed the valve cover to verify if the lifter is collapsed and yes it sure is. So what did I pay for if I told them I thought I had a collapsed lifter? Then tell me when I get my truck back they don’t do that kind of work I need an entire engine. He could of told me that when I called and asked how much to repair a collapsed lifter.

The gies were not having a good day as to taking care of our Q7 Audi. They did not have the filter
and oil in stock that is preferred by Audi.
They were able to locate the oil and filter and the service was completed. The staff maintained good communications as to progress. They also provided service to the local mall and eateries
while chasing parts.
The end result there was no charge for there efforts. We have done trade with coopers for some time and will continue to do so. Why is simple!! they are very honest and no BS in between and a off day can happen to the best. Thanks for caring.

Professional Service

My wife became stranded with a damaged car on her way to work. Called and got service right away. Damage was major but the team were able to get here back on the road the next day. Even when they were very busy there were there for us. They outlined just what we needed and went the extra mile. My wife was very happy.

Friendly, affordable and professional!

I have been looking for a great mechanic since moving to the area. I was floored by the friendly service I received. The two different people I interacted with were knowledgeable and informative. They got my oil change done in half the time estimated. Then they advised of a few small things to do addionally. They got me some discounts and finished all repairs in the time I was originally quoted for the oil change.
The mechanic who worked on my Toyota is a certified Toyota worker, which gave me a great peace of mind.
Love how connected to the community this company is and am so grateful to have found them!

Complete and courteous service.

We have all of our fleet serviced here and as always receive a detailed report on each vehicle so we can stay ahead of any maintenance issues. They always go the extra mile and do just exactly what they promise. Makes my job as fleet manager easier.

Quick and accommodating

Everyone that helped me was very patient with me being indecisive and bringing my car to the wrong location. They were quick to check me in despite not really having enough space for me. I hadn't had coffee yet, and was a bit cranky, but the whole occasion ran very smooth.

Rear main seal, and pan gasket install.

Great service. I would have gave it a five star. But I was told it would be 573.00 with tax. They called me and said they needed to keep it overnight, some other things had come up on another rig. They also told me that they forgot to add a pan gasket into my estimate. So now it was 608.00. But the first estimate included a oil change with filter. I brought my own oil filter and oil in. I told them that I would bring my own oil and filter in. So he said he would subtract it off the 573.00. Other than that, they were very nice. So far it has not been leaking. Great job.
