Sharon said she was having trouble with her brakes on a Friday and didn't get her vehicle in until after 5pm when they were closed. They called her right away on that following Monday morning to let her know they would diagnose the problem, and she was able to pick up her vehicle on Wednesday morning. They were pretty quick, considering they were very busy. They explained everything to her and they listened to her concerns, and it was a very good experience. She was confident this would fix the problem, and she felt comfortable going there because her neighbors had used them and she had been there before, as well.
