From the initial interaction, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of being helpful, their tone made it feel like I was inconveniencing them just by requesting service.
When the driver arrived, the situation did not improve. He was unprofessional, communicated very little, and ultimately left without completing the tow—or even saying a word. This left me stranded and frustrated after wasting significant time.
When I followed up with the facility, they mentioned they were reviewing video of the interaction (apparently from a body cam), which was never disclosed beforehand. While that may not be legally required, it would have been appropriate to communicate that out of courtesy.
They also claimed they were not comfortable driving the tow truck on my paver driveway. This was surprising, as we’ve had multiple tow trucks and even full tractor trailers use the driveway without any issues.
I am looking forward to the company’s response and how they plan to address this situation.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. If you’re looking for reliable and respectful service, I suggest looking elsewhere.
