Subpart work and parts left me with a blown engine.
Story: car overheated so we brought it in. They decided we needed a new radiator and thermostat. After testing everything with the new parts in they said it was good and sent us home. A couple weeks later the car overheated again and blew the head gaskets. We took it to another shop who pressure tested it and found the lower radiator hose clamp was bad and coolant was dumping from it. The radiator cap housing on the radiator was also warped, causing it to lose pressure.
We called this company back and they told us that head gaskets are notoriously faulty on suburus and it must have blown on its own, it had nothing to do with them.
We are now stuck with a $3-6k bill to replace the engine (due to the location of the head gaskets on this particular car)
