For the first time, since 1986, I had a salesman ignore me on delivery of a car my husband and I purchased. The salesman, Dean, told me to sit in the back seat while he explained the features to my husband. I could not see everything, so I have yet to drive the car.
Dean was not the salesperson who actually sold us the car. That salesperson had left the dealership in the 4 months between ordering and delivery. If he had been our contact during ordering, I know we would never have placed the order. I talked my husband into treating himself with Tuscan and the top tier options.
We love the car. We are still working out how everything works, but I did not expect to find such chauvinistic behavior in 2022.
