While I am happy with the car that I am leasing, my experience with the sales staff was poor at best. The young man who I originally worked with (Steven) was polite and helpful. However, I was introduced to another Salesman when we started to discuss the monthly payments. The monthly lease payment he was showing me (for the same model car) were considerably higher (more than $250 higher!) than was quoted. As I told him (and showed him), I had received an emailed quote from Colonial Hyundai that morning, and this was the reason I traveled to Downingtown for the car. When I asked him for an explanation for this, he simply stated that those quotes are always off. We went back and forth on the payments until I finally relented and agreed to a payment that was still much higher than the quote. Of course, by that time, I had already been there for over 2 hours and felt worn down. To make matters worse, I emailed the General Manager of the dealership 2 days later (before picking up my car) in hopes that maybe he would explain why the quote was so wildly different from the payments offered by the Salesman. The GM didn't return my email so I called and left a voicemail the next day. It's been 2 weeks...Still nothing. I would appreciate a response from someone at Hyundai.
