Just a good place to trust for service with good knowledgeable people helping you along the way. Again, Jim was the front guy in Service for me, (I literally ask for his service since he knows me, I know and trust him and he knows my cars). Jim and others at Colonial, handles the service business as you'd expect from a professional, then always has a moment for an update with the latest on the cars and what's new... Always a friendly welcome from everyone at Colonial makes you feel like you are at the right place, (very important).
I have been to (3) dealerships in the area where I bought and serviced my (5) Hyundai's since 2011 and can honestly say, without coaching from the people who want the good ratings, (whether they work for them or not and this is the case at some dealerships believe it or not), that Colonial, in my humble opinion as an educated consumer, has them ALL beat, OVERALL for value, service, trustworthiness, support and "bed-side-manner". Well done again Colonial, (and thank you Jim).
