I had my car repaired here and it took 3 months to complete. I was called that it was ready for pick-up yet there were all kinds of problems with the car. The underside of the car was not sealed to prevent water from entering the trunk, 4 bolts were missing nuts, the new trunk lid was damaged (and they tried to blame me), the stripes were short, crooked, and peeling; and the bumper fit horribly. The manager Kandi claimed I caused the damage to the trunk lid - which is outrageous. They said the issue with the bumper was that it was not OEM, so they contacted the insurance to get the correct part, and now after receiving $300 more from the insurance company the owner, Sunny Zamir, is refusing to fix my car and even stated, "I'm done helping you". I didn't know actually doing the work correctly for what was paid (and then some) was "help". I thought that's what you do - make the job right. It would also be great to do it right the first time. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS unless you too want to be treated in this manner. I now have to take it to another shop and pay to have it professionally corrected. I also need to report the insurance fraud.
