BEFORE SALE: Daily communication, multiple calls and texts, extremely responsive about selling the vehicle and warranty.
AFTER SALE: Complete radio silence, especially regarding serious issues with the vehicle.
The vehicle was advertised with multiple premium features that it does not actually have:
1. The listing stated "HEATED / COOLED SEATS" - but the seats are NOT cooled
2. The listing stated "PANORAMIC MOONROOF" - but there is NO moonroof at all
3. The listing stated "360 DEGREE CAMERA SYSTEM" - but this system is NON-FUNCTIONAL
These missing/non-functional premium features significantly impact the vehicle's value.
I've sent three separate emails to management trying to resolve this issue amicably. All have been completely ignored. I've since had to file formal complaints with the Texas DMV, Attorney General, and BBB.
What's most disappointing is not just the misrepresentation, but the complete unwillingness to even acknowledge or respond to legitimate concerns from a customer. I would strongly recommend caution when considering a purchase from this dealership.
