I found these people as unprofessional where I called them on Tuesday and got an appointment for Friday as they were busy. They informed about initial diagnostic charges over phone. When I went, they changed prices 3 times ($89, $39, $69 +$12), mentioning they are not company Firestone showroom, but family owned which prevents them to offer any Firestone’s ongoing promotions. This was my second visit in past 3 months where earlier when I dropped my car, I was informed 2-3 possible reasons for the problem. When in evening they call me to pick up my car with the cost, I enquired for any other issues which they were mentioning in the morning, they immediately added 1 more charge in total cost. Beware of these guys who keeps bragging about high rating on internet and loot customers with false charges in end.
