When I first moved to Charlotte I had no idea where to take my car for service. I had the same mechanic for almost 10 years and wasn't going to take my car just anywhere.
One day, I had an emergency and took my car to the nearest shop. The staff was rude. They didn't say hello just said what do you want. You could tell they didnt want to be bothered. I said nothing and walked back out the door. Despite my car being in poor shape I drove it down the road and found Coley-Jordan.
I was greeted with genuine smiles by the staff. They could tell I wasn't happy with my car and the experience I just had at the last shop. They took time to make sure I was comfortable and asked questions about my car. More importantly they took time to explain what was wrong with my car. They werent trying to sell me any extra stuff like the other shops to hike up labor costs. This was nice because I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.
Every experience at Coley-Jordan has been wonderful. My car is always properly serviced and ready on time. The staff is pleasant too. As long as I live in Charlotte, I will never take my car anywhere else :)
