Will be taking him to court.
We were a long time loyal customer. We took a truck to Coleman for heater blowing cold air. Paid a diagnostic fee, he repaired. Picked it up and returned it same day...not repaired. Paid another diagnostic fee, he repaired. Picked it up and returned it same day...not repaired. Refused to pay another diagnostic fee. He repaired. Picked it up and returned it same day...not repaired. He wanted to charge again almost $300 to flush the system, for which another shop charges less than $90. Took it to the other shop for the flush. Coleman promised that he would get the heater repaired with no further charges. He refused to repair it, stating that taking it to the other shop voided his warranty. He insisted that it was fixed before it left his shop. He blamed problems on vandalism at shop. Bottom line...he charged us over $1500 to fix the heater, which he did not fix. He is a hot head and overcharges. He claims things are wrong that aren't wrong.

Landscapes By Lance brought in a 1999 Ford F150 with a no heat concern.  We diagnosed that the heater core was plugged.  This is absolutely the worst cooling system that I have ever seen, which has never been serviced in 152,000 miles.  I called Teresa and gave her a quote for a new heater core and cooling system flush and she complained and argued about the price the entire time.  I told her the condition of the cooling system and said that a single flush might not get out all of the corrosion and debris.  Keep in mind that a cooling system should be flushed every 30,000 miles.  When worked completed and test driven the system was operational.  A few days later the system had gotten clogged up again and stuck the thermostat.  She brought it back and insisted that I flush it for free.  We cannot repair customers vehicles for free when they neglected it for 152,000 miles and created their own problems.  I had been warned about this customer by several other repair facilities.  We cannot be responsible for these peoples neglect and no maintenance of their vehicles.
