10/6/25. wrongfully diagnosed, supposedly fixed a/c and 2 days later no a/c. i went in to get my a/c checkout. he, kirk, charged $275 just to check it out, seems high. he told me 2 seals has to be changed and a/c will work again. compressor and other parts fine. then he charged me total $550 for just changing 2 seals and refill freon, pretty high. 2 days later no a/c. went back he said compressor went bad (Really in 2 days? Did not hold accountability for his mistake). walked out with no a/c and dissatisfied customer. filed dispute with credit card company.
that week after i left, i got rained on twice because i had to roll down the windows, car got wet inside and almost got into a car accident since it was raining hard 1 day and I had to keep wiping the windshield to see on the road over and over and almost got into a car accident.
