This was my 3rd experience with Colby and I have been impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Deidra is a pleasant, calm and knowledgeable guide through the world of insurance procedures and required reports. Clint is professional and has a great manner in dealing with customers. Overall, great experience.
The only downside, though not their fault, is the delays in obtaining OEM parts. Mine were promised for delivery on a certain date/time but failed to show up. Deidra went above and beyond by driving to pick up the part when Subaru failed to deliver as promised.
