New customer. Inspection, oil change and repairs
Colby and Gale exceeded my expectations in every way. Being new to this area, finding an auto mechanic’s shop I feel confident with was a challenge. Dan clearly explained everything necessary for our Saab to pass inspection. His knowledge of auto mechanics was outstanding from electrical problems to mechanical situations. They even have technology to show the customer pictures of the problems. When they did the work, an important part was cleaned and placed properly on its base. There had been a question as to whether it was broken or just out of place. Daryl and Dan could have easily told me that they replaced it and made more money, but they told me it was improperly installed and they put it back in the correct way. Not only did they complete the repairs quickly while I waited downtown, but the cost was far less than the estimate! I am so happy to feel confident in having our car taken care of by Coby and Gale. Thank you!!!!
