Got my car serviced June 19th, Dominique is my “advisor”. However when he left i picked up my car they lost my keys and took 35 minutes to find. It was extremely frustrating. On top of that later that day the clips for the cover on the bottom came off after my maintenance was done that same day. When i took it in Dominique wasn’t there they gave me a hard time just to fix two clips. I had to wait two days just to get an easy fix done. No one wanted to work on my car. Then proceeded to want to charge me full price for something that wasn’t my fault . I never had an extremely frustrating experience like this one, when i received my vehicle back they never replaced the cover and kept the same one on. Because they put the same cover that i had issues with after maintenance it came right off like it wasn’t even fixed in the first place. I completely regret getting a car from the Coconut Creek Genesis location due to their lack of customer service.
