Terrible MANAGEMENT
My husband and I purchased a vehicle in October 2023. The car has been a total disaster and lemon. it's been in the shop more times than I can count. The sales staff are wonderful. The managing staff are the worst! My car is at another dealership now for service. Coastal doesn't even have enough decency to provide us a loaner vehicle anymore. We've been sent to Thrifty, a very low end car rental company that does not accept our insurance provider. To rent from them we would have to purchase their insurance that creates a DAILY expense. I'm now relying on Lyft and Uber to go to work, run errands, and get through daily life. Managing staff will not answer calls, text messages, or emails. Calling the dealership does NO good because we are always told the managers are not there and we never get called back. We have even gone there to find a manager is there when we were told they were not. So, we are paying for car we bought, but I'm relying on Uber and Lyft for daily transportation. The least they could do is provide a loaner car to offset the cost expenses from the warranty deductibles and daily ride sharing expenses! it's heartbreaking what we've been through and trading is not an option because there is not enough equity in the car yet! We have been completely taken for a ride, abandoned, and left completely alone to advocate for our consumer rights! We have never been treated so badly by MANAGERS of a car dealership!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE
If I could give a lower star rating I would, we were out of town in our Genesis g80 and a few warning dash lights came on. now the car only has 40k miles on it. so we stopped into fort myers Hyundai Genesis they were the best they came out and diagnosed the problem free of charge and told us the problem was not going to be a problem getting back home. Back home we took the car into Coastal hyundai. THEY HAD OUR CAR 10 DAYS AND THEN TOLD ME THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $1100 AFTER THEY ALREADY CHARGED THE WARRANTY COMPANY. $1480 AND CALLED US AND SAID CAR WAS DONE WE PICKED UP THE CAR STARTED DRIVING IT AND NOTICED ALL THE LIGHTS WERE STILL ON ON THE DASH. AND THEN WE STOPPED THANK GOD LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD AND FOUND NOTHING THEY SAID THEY WERE WORKING ON PUT BACK TOGETHER FOUND THE TRUNK FULL OF PARTS…. AND THEY CALL THEMSELVES PROFESSIONALS. HA HA HA.

LEGENDARY
If you don't buy from Coastal Hyundai, First off what are you doing? Secondly, Tiger Woods has a Genesis so it makes you cool when you buy one.
Thirdly, it is just as welcoming as grandma's house on thanksgiving with the guarantee of juicy/tender turkey..... No doubt will you be beyond happy with the car you purchase here. The technology and even the special edition features (see sales rep Travis nelson for details). The sales team wants you to love the ride and be safe! My experience was absolutely amazing and I am fully satisficed with my car. I recommend peaking in to see the friendly faces because they really are a family and it makes the buying "hassel" more pleasurable.

Second time around
I am on my second SUV from coastal. Everyone was wonderful. My neighbors told me and I told more neighbors. We have kept John Lyons jumping ! I have to mention Eli. That Girl knows every switch and gadget in that car and takes the time to help us older folks understand how they operate. It took my wife and I numerous times to really "get it". She is the one that makes sure you enjoy your new Vehicle when you leave the lot. Great Team !

2014 Sonata
My husband has Bumper to bumper Warranty with his vehicle 2014 Sonata- we had bought 6 six cars from this dealership over the pass six years for me and my husband. However, six years ago I had an ELANTRA
That had recurring problems with the windshield wipers. I had brought the car in several times and the mechanic would have the wipers working- but no sooner leaving service- the next day same problem occurring -happened five times - either the car was defective , or the service department. I voted - the service department!!! they were not about to give us a loaner on any vehicles to accommodate me in any way. I went to the Kia dealership I bought a Sorrento I’ve had my Sorrento for six years I have never had a problem - only oil changes and my son who also has a Kia has his car for six years we have never had a problem with the Kia my husband bought a 2014 Sonata a Hybrid car powered by gas engine. We were stuck in Orlando and was towed to Melbourne dealership. Under warranty- the service department who were inSufficient with my car (Elantra), at the time now my husband’s vehicle is In Need of service which they are not providing or accommodating unless their is a code that pops up . However, the vehicle is functional but had a feature showing the battery is not charging. They will not take it in or service the vehicle nor will they have a mechanic ride with us to show my husband what the problem possibly could be - it’s a shame we can’t get a manager or service department to call us - I would definitely go for a Kia !!! Don’t go there - you will not get the service you deserve!!!

This was a recall service
I didn't think the recall service was necessary. But Hundai wanted it corrected so I trust them when it comes to servicing my vehicle.

Oil chanche
After the appointment was completed online, when I call for the confirmation they said, that they don’t have my appointment scheduled in their system. I had to wait for a long time waiting on the phone until they said ok como tomorrow but they never found the appointment in their system.

Exceptional service
I have had a Hyunadai with Coastal Hyundai for many years. With my husband and by myself. A gentleman at Coastal’s Service Department I call Mr. Willie has been a wonderful in helping me keep my car serviced and work it with my fixed income. One month I do half of my large service when it comes up and the rest the next month. Always doing the most important first. I can tell you othe car dealerships don’t help you like that. Willie and Coastal Hyundai are wonderful
