Fine. They also were to perform a FREE vehicle inspection, the mechanic took my car and put on the alignment rack to perform it. I’m in the waiting room, the lazy mechanic comes to me and tells me that he can’t perform the alignment because of some little play in the steering wheel. I confirm to him that I’m aware of it and it has nothing to do with the vehicles alignment of the wheels, thus being a separate issue that I would take care of later. He got an attitude and got defensive about the whole situation. Very unprofessional, then It turned into a bit of back forth. He seems not to be very good at mechanic work, he doesn’t know what he’s doing….
I told him just to give me back my car, and let me go on my way since they refuse to do the work, they refused to give my car back and said I have to pay them to get it back!!! So they STEAL your car and hold it for ransom until you pay them for it back WTH!?!? A very disgusting gross business.
They wanted $32+ for some made up alignment check that they made up to get the car back, but here’s the thing: the foolish woman at the front counter NEVER mentioned it at first and it wasn’t on the work order that I signed! That place is just a den of thieves
I would NEVER come back for any services. It’s too bad because I really spend money to keep my cars up smh.
Don’t service your car there….Just DON’T. You’ve been warned.
