Purchased a 2022 Certified Honda Passport, they delivered it dirty but I like to clean my cars so I let it slide. When cleaning it I noticed damage on the right front, thought it could be easily fixed, after being referred to a collision center for an estimate, I walked away $3,000 plus estimate, I contacted the dealer, asked for my vehicle back and I would take my business somewhere else. I was told that will never happen, then was asked to give them “another chance to make it right” they had that chance before they sold it to me as a Certified Honda, I’ve been a long Honda customer and that’s why I drove over an hour to purchase this one… They have reminded me that just because the brand has high standards, Dealerships do NOT!
