Naomi, I am sorry to hear your alternator let you down, however at your previous visit on December 2nd when you came in for a shuddering concern, we did note and advise that "Alternator is noisy and is showing signs of failure due to rust buildup around pulley area as an indication." "Further checking of underhood noise (likely alternator) is recommended." You chose to proceed with replacing only the control arm and cv axle shaft at the time, but you can see this recommendation on both of your previous invoices from us! We unfortunately cannot be responsible for issues that may occur related to recommendations provided that the customer does not approve repairs for.
