The service is professional and personal at the same time. You can always ask for and receive advice on what is best for your vehicle and you.

I pulled into Cloverdale Service Center late on a Friday afternoon with a blown alternator belt and two young daughters in the back seat. That was twenty years ago.

I expected to have to leave it overnight. We were new in town and new in the neighborhood. John said to give him 10 minutes and he would take care of it. I have been his customer every since and frequently refer people to him. The scheduling of this last servicing was particularly helpful because of family care requirements.
