I have priced the same exact work order items when we first moved into this area. I compared these prices to the dealership and two other companies. You get better diagnosis, more factual details, and the most important factor is no high costs due to a lie. I found that John was unfortunately absorbing the cost of two tires he replaced but due to extensive paperwork could not get reimbursed, not from me but the company that was paying that cost. I paid him that cost to reward him for his constant help he's given us. He saved us more than $300 one time comparing his costs to a local dealership's estimate. And he's caught that dealerships deliberate "errors" they committed.
