Excellent and Honest Service!
I have been a loyal customer of Closs for many years, and highly recommend them when I can. Here’s one example of why I have such confidence in their work:
This week I brought my (older model) car in for an oil change. I had done my previous oil change at a dealer near my home, because I had not had time in my schedule to drive my usual 30 mile trip from Skokie to Closs. The dealer’s service person had recommended extensive additional repairs that amounted to a potential $3,000 expense, which was quite discouraging as I commute downtown every day and want to know my vehicle is always safe and reliable.
I showed their estimate to the expert mechanic Sahag, who always takes really good care of my car at Closs, for a second opinion.
He explained each item clearly for me, and also took time to explain why I didn’t really need any of the items they had named. He made a recommendation for some other minor maintenance procedures that could be done at my next oil change, and added notes to my computer record so I could be assured we wouldn’t forget to take care of these things.
How can you not love a business that has integrity like this?!! And does what they do with the highest standards of excellence?!

Closs Tire and Auto is the the best place to service or fix your car, they so courteous about their service and customers and they do as promised while managing time not to inconvenience customers.
They also give your ride back and forth to your home while working on your vehicle and I felt safe with their service.
