Hands down best sales representative I've ever worked with. I came in looking like I was homeless, torn clothes and dirty (work). I had my eye set on an older make sonata, of course this was a couple of yrs ago. Mike walked up to us and talked to me as if I was his really good friend.... not once did I feel pressured or force to buy. Mike made me a
priority, listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I've never forgotten him, I knew that when I was going to buy again I needed to have him on the court! Yesterday was that day and after all these years he knew who were where and again made things happen. Love the little 4-banger Thanks! I more than recommend Mike, buying a car is a huge decision, nerve wrecking.. but Mike made to where it was one of the most comfortable experiences. Long live Mike and his aspirations to everyone. Thank you again!

Benjamin Trobel goes above and beyond!!
Benjamin just sold me a used Hyundai Venue Limited. While I live 200 miles away from the dealership, he brought the car to me. I test drove it, and found it exactly as promised. I have a vehicle I couldn't find in Michigan, and am thrilled with the service and competence that Benjamin gave me~

First service appointment for my Palisade Calligraphy.
Everything was done in a timely manner and explained to me. Wish their car wash had been working so it came back clean on the outside after my oil change and tire rotation. But not really a big deal.

Little longer than expected
I scheduled an early oil change including tire rotation and general inspection, car had 5k miles, I figured maybe an hour at the most, I waited over an 1-1/2, I thought possibly complimentary oil changes don’t get first attention do disappointed
