Yes! John and Steve have been caring for my Mini for about ten years. They inspect my car and advise me of issues that should be taken care of before it becomes a big problem and certainly a lot less expensive than going to the car dealer.

I’ve never had a car for so long and I intend to keep it as long as Steve and John keep it safe and fun to drive.

Always great service.
Our Volvo stopped in the middle of an intersection. We towed it to classic German motors. They said it would take three days before they could get to it but in two days they fixed it and it works perfectly now. Both John and Steve are professional, friendly and competent. They’ve serviced our Mercedes and Volvos for over 20 years.

‘94 E320 Cabriolet Repair.
All of the reviews I read were spot on. The team is organized, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. My “mini-classic” was repaired quickly and to my satisfaction. John is a fantastic “front man”.

CGM is now my go-to Mercedes repair shop.

I was very pleased with the service quality and treatment by John.
I brought my GLK350 in to deal with engine light and weak battery. They replaced the battery, ran computer diagnostics and checked vehicle thoroughly since it was the first time I had brought it in. They also replaced a wiper arm and a window switch. Every now works as it should. They are very professional.

A real gem!
This was my first trip to Classic German Motors and I was only sorry that it took me so long to get there. John was and still is a lovely person to work with. He diagnosed my car and fixed it quickly. I’m so happy to have found a great mechanic.

Professional Mechanics

Shop is seriously lacking in knowledgeable diagnosis service technicians.
For straight fluid changes and nut and bolt part swaps your shop is adequate as a service station. For in depth diagnosis, not involving codes and computers, your shop is seriously lacking in knowledgeable diagnosis service technicians.
Examples:
It was me who had to show John a method of how to get into the inaccessible trunk.
John giving me egregious advice that the key fob must be completely away from the car when using the metal key to open the trunk.  
From the $5000+ work you had done on my left door and trans, the only item working properly from those works is the in-door speaker.
Last service in January :
18 hours shop time the only thing done was a part trade,1 hour, one bolt job.
For all that time a TOTAL GUESS was made that one part was the suspect cause of all door/trunk issues-
Not least, No car wash, A metal $75 flashlight was taken from inside my car on 1st visit.

Finally, yet importantly, It was too much trouble for Steve to say "Thank You" after I paid my $500+ bill.

Will not be returning to your shop.....
