Great staff , great body work, long time. Broke my Clock spring and not assuming liability
The above sums my bad experience , I was there for an accident on the left side of my BMW, while they took a long time they did a good job, however in the process they managed to break the clock spring at mile stamp ( based on classic BMW diagnostic) 108944 , I dropped off my car with 108855 miles . When I went there to pick up my car they noticed the problem before I got in my car. They are telling me the problem was there and I just had not seen all the warning on my dash?? I have two pictures of the dash before dropping my car off to them and the time I dropped my car off to them. Assuming I was blind they they tell me pictures are not showing the warning lights are just figment of my imagination !!
