My service manager, Mike, couldn't have been more helpful. He paid close attention to my concerns/questions and made sure to address each one. While I was in the waiting room, he came in periodically to make sure that I knew how everything was progressing, although I was only in for a routine maintenance and an update on one of the systems.

I have owned my car for three years and never had any problems with it. I absolutely love my car and have become a Hyundai fan. The Claremont facility is new and much closer than the dealership where I bought my car. I don't go often; but when I do, it is not a stressful experience and everyone that has worked with me has been really nice and I think Mike is a real asset to their staff.

Oil change
Went in for oil change for my first time at dealer. Service employees were very nice. A recall was found on my car and taken care of. I was there for about 40 min including oil change. Excellent service!

Service was fast !
I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR TIRE PRESSURE AND THE TECHNICIAN RAFAEL MARKED DOWN WHERE I HAD A NAIL AND TOLD ME THEY DONT PATCH THERE AND REFFERED ME THE THE NEAREST TIRE SHOP ! GREAT GUY HE ALSO NOTICED ALL MY OTHER TIRES WHERE OVER INFLATED AND GAVE ME TIPS TO HOW MUCH AIR I SHOULD INFLATE THEM TO FOR FACTORY SPECS ! I WILL

Upon arriving at the service dept at Clarmont Hyundai I was greeted by a gentleman named Mike Carter who knows all about providing "outstanding" customer service. He was a no nonsense guy that got me in and out within 20 minutes!! My dad, brothers and husband couldn't believe it but it's true!!

This dealer ship is great because it has quick services. Sorry to hear it maybe closing.
I was happy when I heard that there was a dealership in Claremont and that they are open on Saturday. so, I was sad to hear they maybe closing their door and that Saturday appointment are no longer happing.

But it was great to have meet the services staff and to have had my car repair there.

Went in for and oil chang a mind a tire rotation and that was done wonderful and fast. But I also ask if they can check the windshield wipe since one will skip and not wip at all. Got the car back and wiper doesn’t skip as much as it did and when it does wip it look as if something in the glass an make it hard to see especially if it raining
