Rick looked at my tire even though he was very busy. It was a Friday afternoon…he had me a new tire in on Monday. He and his staff (and Sadie) were very friendly. I feel good having someone I trust to bring my car to while I am here for the next few months. He made me feel welcome to Rhode Island!
