Quality, knowledgeable,trustworthy Automotive Mechanic Shop !
We have been using Chris Hunters Auto Repair for over a decade .
In all that time he has never once done work on any of my vehicles that wasn’t diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time .
His prices are fair and I have never felt like I was being upsold like the big dealerships !

Ford Springfield PA customer service
I gave a 4 rather than a 5 overall only because of major difficulty with the on-line 'robot' customer service chat, which was time-consuming and ineffective.

In contrast, my person-to-person interactions with staff in the service center were a terrific '5'. The staff were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. My vehicle was promptly registered, and I received a 'loaner' vehicle quickly and with ease. I have an outstanding auto repair garage near where I live, and the owner/operator (who is the best in the business) assisted in diagnosing the problem an advising me about how to navigate with Ford service. This all worked out well.

Oil change
In for a normal oil change and replace rear wiper blade. I stopped in the day before and asked if they could have it done before noon because my wife had an appointment and they ask me to drop it off the night before and have the attendant hi light the appointment. The next morning they called me with plenty of time to spare as I stated before Chris and his team treat you like family
