Fair, honest, and quick.
Yesterday, I went to start my daughter's Honda CRV before she got back in town from college, and it needed a jump. After I started it, the steering did not work. I called Chet's and over the phone, the owner basically told me that if I went to a supply house and got a new battery, that would almost for sure fix the steering. Well, since the owner seemed fair and honest over the phone, I scheduled a service since the car needed an oil change anyways. I get there this morning, ask the owner to do a full diagnostic which I know is always a possible expensive repair. But he said no problem. He looked at everything, topped off the fluids, changed the oil, put in a new battery, and had it all done in close to a half hour. So honest. Very nice people.
