My 1994 Jaguar is high maintenance. Chassis by Zach was able to locate an issue that was causing my check engine light to come on. They solved the problem, made the repairs, and made additional repairs that was needed. Chassis by Zach is my go to auto mechanic for challenging vehicles.

Volkswagen shifter problem
The technicians listened to my description of the problem and quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue. The repairs were done quickly and the car returned in just a few days at a very reasonable cost.

Courteous and Effective
I was ready to pack for road trip when I began getting strange signals from my car. I called at 8am and brought the vehicle in at 8:30. They resolved my issues and did a thorough road-readiness exam. I picked the car up at 5pm and was able to leave for my trip on time. Throughout the process I was treated courteously. The staff demonstrated sincere interest in getting me road ready. Could not imagine a better experience.

Very knowledgeable
The whole staff is top notch. Their knowledge of vehicles and attention to detail are amazing. The service advisors did an amazing job of keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicles progress through the repair process and their detailed invoices and estimates are great.

engine replacement
at 250000 miles and some overheating we knew it was time to replace the engine in our 2006 hummer h2. Karen had a few options and the best was a remanufactured engine from gm. the folks at zacs had it in and working good in just a few days. we are glad to be loyal customers of zac and karen! they always do a good job and explain everything so well.

Great to work with a car repair shop that I can trust
