Service my mother's car, my car and my son's car.
Javier and Chris are knowledgeable and explain everything regarding what your car needs, the importance of the parts needed and how it will improve your cars performance and longevity of your car. They give realistic completion times and again explain exactly what work they performed along with recommendations for future repairs. I drive from Rialto for them to service my car. My family highly recommends Chase Auto!

Unexpected Multi-Phase Repair
Took my car in because it suddenly wouldn't start. They ran several tests. The battery that I had just purchased less than a week ago was failing. I got it swapped out, and the new battery performed excellent during their tests. They noticed that there was still a delay in the starting of the car, so I checked out multiple other possible issues, and determined that the starter was done for. The starter was drenched in oil and smoking, so they looked for the source of the leaking oil and repaired that as well. Went from thinking that it was just some electrical issue to have a battery, starter, and oil issue. Through it all they kept me informed of all the steps they were doing and explained why they made each decision that they did make. They did not do anything without my approval beforehand as well. They are always reasonable and knowledgeable with their services.
