My husbands truck was towed in from an oil place that caused needed repairs to his truck. Service Dept here got right on checking out the problem, quickly identifying. During this time Heather worked with us keeping us updated, addressing our concerns. This was a pretty costly repair the initial servicing business did not want to take accountability for. Cliff the Service Dept Manager also hearing our concerns went above and beyond to help. He spoke with the initial servicing business to ensure they understood their service mishaps being accountable, therefore covering the cost of repairs. Under the circumstances, the diagnostic and repair work of the time line from beginning to end was favorably more then we expected. We are very happy with the service repair as husbands truck is back to running well! Cliff and Heather are our hero’s, truly can’t say enough about the sincerity of these two in all they did to help us! Their character is one that reflects in a true service to their customers. We are the better for such commitment and dedication they executed to having more than just a happy customer, but now a loyal life long customer! We wouldn’t take our service needs any other place!
