Car purchase
I just bought the new Santa Fe and overall I left pretty happy until there were issues with the vehicle. The front two windows were never tinted and initially I went in with them to fix the bubble in the front window. I showed up and they had no record of my appointment that I set up a week in advanced. From there it was all downhill. They messed up the tint 3 maybe even 4x, the communication was very poor they were supposed to have my car for one day, ended up being 6 days. I would have to call to get an update they most of the time wouldn’t know where in the process the car was. Parts didn’t come in and then when they did it was missing pieces which I understand that’s not their fault. It’s unfortunate because there are many great people I’ve dealt with (Yari, Andre, Joe) but in this case I do feel like they should’ve gone above and beyond and really all they offered was a free tank of gas. For a brand new car purchase they put me in 2 older loaner cars and it just didn’t work for my family. It was a huge inconvenience.
