I think that every time I have visited Chapman Hyundai for service, it was a great experience!! Nick is fantastic he makes sure that my needs are met in a professional manor, this service is second to none. Always great!!!!!! That is why Instead of just getting service I bought my last car from Chapman!!!!

Quick summary – Professional Excellence.
As stated previously the experience from Chapman Hyundai was first rate from the first phone call to make the appointment, to the text and email reminders, to the professionalism of the service advisor and those I had interaction with at Chapman was first rate. It was much more like my Lexus dealership experiences.

Was immediately relieved when drop-off and check-in was not a chaotic experience! Loved the ease in receiving clear communication about additional recommended services. I notice a huge difference in how well my car runs now and that makes me feel very proud to own a Hyundai and happy I chose to bring my car to Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale this time for maintenance service! I will be bringing it here from now on!

Another Successful Service Experience
My service advisor Amanda Dell joined Chapman Hyundai's service department last year so I followed her over there because I trust her completely. I had my first service visit in November 2021 and was very impressed with the super clean premises, welcoming and comfortable waiting area, and great service. I returned in March for my second visit (important 90K service). I drove away with a happy smile on my face because my car actually felt like new!

1st Oil Change
Love love my tucson sport!!! She told me she was ready for an oil change lol. Making the appointment was easy! Waiting area is amazing as always! The ice and coffee machine are awesome!! Feel so good knowing my car is getting the best service!!

I scheduled a 60min visit. The women on the phone confirmed it would be 60minutes. I was stuck with a 90 minute spot that made me late for an appointment. I was not able to get additional information about a list of recommended repairs.

Oil change and air filter change
Lisa was the employee who greeted me when I drove into the service area. She was very pleasant, made my check in very easy.
When I picked up my vehicle after the service was completed.. Lisa came up to me at the service counter and took my payment… no waiting. I told Lisa that they have good coffee in the waiting area and she made me Hot Chocolate to add to the coffee.
Above and beyond being helpful.
