Ethical and thoughtful service

I did not purchase my Genesis G70 from this dealer but I do take it for service here. Between my service advisor Lisa and the technician who has performed service on my vehicle I am extremely satisfied with my experience so far. Each time I have scheduled service, Lisa has been so warm and inviting. She is extremely polite and professional. We have used both the service valet as well as dropped off and waited. I will say that the service valet maybe isn't for us. We have a manual transmission G70 and Lisa informed me that only 1 valet is capable of driving a manual so scheduling was a little tough for that. Durring our recent in person drop off Lisa spotted me pulling in and immediately walked out to greet me with a smile. She wore gloves and a mask and kept a respectful distance which I appreciated. key hand off was simple and the wait time for the service to be completed was short! upon vehicle return Lisa sanitized all touch points in and out of the vehicle as well as waited and assisted me with a walk around to inspect for damage. I understand that these actions like checking for damage can easily be taken as a personal offense by a person but Lisa was so friendly and understanding that I simply take great pride in my investment and am not hoping to find something to pin on someone. The technician Justin has always taken great pride in servicing our car and it shows through him keeping the engine compartment, exterior, and cabin extremely clean like he was never even there and yet he performs the required work efficiently and correctly. My only negative experience I could speak of would be while I was waiting for my service to be completed. I decided to wonder the showroom. I was approached by a salesman (can't remember his name. Middle aged looking) who asked if I was just waiting for service or not. I explained I was and just looking at the new cars for entertainment purposes. We proceeded to make small talk about the new G90 which I totally welcomed. The conversation shifted to COVID-19 which I totally expected during this time. I didn't appreciate him sharing some of his political views about the matter as well as him continuing to step closer to me as I continued to try to keep a safer distance. I would have hoped that he would take a default stance of being over cautious with a stranger who he isn't sure of their comfort level with the pandemic going on. Overall he was more on the pleasant side of the scale than unpleasant. Just a bit too comfortable and oversharing for my taste. I would still totally recommend this dealer based on service experience alone.
