A pleasant experience
Utilized concierge/home delivery. The whole process was quick and pressure-free, including negotiating. Everything was adequately explained. Caleb was helpful and did a good job facilitating the test drive and purchase.

Low pressure and high level of service
Carl allowed us to test 4 different versions of the G70 to make sure we were getting the configuration that would satisfy all our needs/wants.

I think the Genesis brand should have it's own staff that is separate from the Hyundai brand/ dealer experience. It appears that having the same staff for both brands leads to a dilution in the knowledge base of the product and process.

I would gladly recommend this dealership to friends and family
I was so thrilled with my experience with the dealership.

Luis contacted me regularly while I was making my decision. He managed to find the perfect blend of reaching out, but not being too pushy. He also helped me solve my barrier to purchase, which was my previous car that still had 11 months left in the lease.

They solved all my issues, helped me get the features that mattered most without any pressure.

I am very happy with their service.

All of the sales people, manager and finance guy were fine, car is great, but the process once we agreed upon a price took too long to get the paperwork completed.
