I had a coupon that I found online, I called to confirm the coupon before going in for my appointment. The coupon was for $49.97 for synthetic oil change plus tires alligned, and top off fluids. The girl in office wasnt very helpful at all, I didnt know where to go to get my car when it was supposedly finished. I had to go find a mechanic and ask him where my car was in a big parking lot , I was charged over $80, when I asked why, was told it needed extra 2 quarts of oil but my car doesnt hold 7 quarts I read later that my car holds 6 quarts, and coupon was for 5 quarts. Then I realized my tires were not alligned when i got home,and so I called and confirmed it with someone from the shop, but no apology, no offer to even do my alignment,just was texted ,"no alignment done" they said. I feel I was completely ripped off and will never go back to this business, and I am owed some money back for sure.
