An oil change that took over 3 hours
My simple oil change took 3 1/2 hours on Monday 11/25. I made an appointment for 10 o’clock. I arrived at 10 and my car wasn’t worked on until 1:00. I ended up leaving at 1:30. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of Hyundai dealerships in the area and my car is still under warranty. If I had known that, it would take that long I would’ve easily gone somewhere else and paid for the oil change. There is no reason to keep customers waiting that long. It’s obviously poor Management. The poor workers at the desk had to deal with everybody’s questions and anger.

Great experience, great car!
I already knew walking in that I needed a car, I watched my brother in law buy a car about 1 month back. The process was smooth and never rushed. Luis, stood out from the very beginning. I wasn't in the market for a car then but I knew If I were to buy a car it would be a Hydai and it would be with Luis. I never felt pressure to buy and Luis answered all my questions and was always eager to help. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend buying a Hydai especially from Luis. He treated me like family and I will be buying another with Luis in the future! The APR was great in comparison to other lots. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the entire experience.

Beyond Excellent Service
Beyond Excellent Service. We have purchased two vehicles from Central Valley Volkswagen/Hyundai. We used a trade in for our second vehicle. Our salesperson both times was Kalii Carr. He was always cheerful, extremely friendly, knowledgable and curteous. He showed empathy through his work. Kalii was there for us every step of the way during our process. We have high regards for Kalii Carr. Kudos to Kalii.

Excellent!
The staff, specifically Angelo, was tremendously helpful and understanding. He was punctual, and explained everything well, and kept making sure things were going smooth, He even offered to come in to work on his day off to accommodate to my schedule. Everyone was super nice and I really appreciated the service here!

very poor
I went to the dealership for check engine light. I always go to the dealer for any services. I was told that my car problem would cost $ 1200.00 +. So I went to a different dealer and they checked everything and was told the battery was weak and needs to change it. I got the new battery and they again checked everything and said everything was good. It just needed a new battery. It cost me $ 400.00 +.
I went for smog check and it was all ok and the smog passed.

Excellent Customer Care
After my previous car buying experience with a different dealer, I was dreading going through it again. BUT these people made it so easy and stress free. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and positive from the moment we walked in. They have a system and it works! I will definitely be going back when it’s time to do it again!

I was there for check engine light which they cleared it but I had a smog check due. They did not inform me that it may not go through. There explanation is that since I did not inform them about the smog check they were not obligated or responsible to tell me about it. Very disappointed about it and the frustration I had to through it. No one ever returned my call until I called up Hyundai. Right after that the service manager called. I always went to a dealer for all my service needs.

Not Good Not Terrible.
Disappointed they don’t stand by their walk In times they advertise on their website. If I had another option for getting my car serviced by an authorized Hyundai dealer I wouldn’t to the Modesto location.

Bought a new Hyundai
I was in an accident and my 2020 Hyundai was totaled. I worked with Bianca, and she was amazing! Very helpful and got an answer for every question. Lucas and Chris in finance made everything easy. They all were attentive and made sure They took my situation into consideration. This is our 5th vehicle from this dealership, and reccomend to everyone.

Best Automobile Purchase Experience "EVER"
This was positively the best, easiest, hassle free purchase of a vehicle I have experienced my entire life. I have been on this planet for awhile. We were treated to the best customer service from the time we stepped foot onto the lot to when we drove off with our new car. Mario Willis was attentive and gave us great detail in describing the features and benefits of our Hyundai Santa Fe SUV. He was not high pressure at all...on the contrary he was very cordial and an all around good guy. It was a great choice purchasing our vehicle through Central Valley Automotive. I would purchase another car from here without a second thought!

Best Car Purchase Experience Ever!!
I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle "ever"at Central Valley Automotive and I've been on this planet for awhile. My positive experience was from the time I stepped on the car lot and was greeted by Angelo, our salesman, to the Finance Department where Chris (Finance Manager) finished the purchase details with us. The staff was not at all high pressure (I am a salesman in a different industry myself. I pick up on this). Angelo took his time, was thorough, and explained the features and benefits of the vehicle. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these GOOD people in a second. BEST CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
