Purchased Michelin tires from CCT which came with free rotation & flat tire service. I had a couple of flats on the road but tire fixed for free as agreed when I brought it in. Tires rotated every 6 months. 4 years later got a flat as I needed new tires. Lug wrench did not fit lugs. Nor did extra breaker bar with socket. Found out lugs nuts were switched out with different size. Found 2 lugs were stripped and would not come off.
Since Central Tire did all service to auto in 4 years, no other shop to blame. They have lost my business forever.
