Janaya said the quality of their work was poor, they ended up damaging the vehicle, amazing, throughout process and had vehicle way too long. It was a folly of continuous errors and the repairs were not done well. Their workmanship was poor, they damaged the vehicle while trying to make the repair, they did not properly fix the original item and damaged other things in the process. She will never use them again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone, ever.

Frederick said he was gas-lighted through texting from the service department because of a misunderstanding. The person that texted him said they were a little concerned about him missing his 2nd appointment. Someone there told him to skip Wednesday and rescheduled him for Thursday because she said there would be no one there Wednesday. It was a new guy in the service department that helped him, he was amazing.

Anthony said that overall, everything takes long time. He said the service facility is unable to do what it should be able to do, he is not impressed. He stated he waited 3 weeks for service and they said they couldn't do anything.

Good morning Anthony, I do apologize that our appointment scheduling can get up to 3 weeks out during our busy season. As far as not being able to do anything when you came in for your appointment, we were able to diagnose and quote to you the recommendations and you declined having the work performed. We would have happily made those repairs for you if you had decided to authorize us to move forward.

Not trustworthy
This Place buys cars at auction and does not go through them prior to sale ! Bought a 2008 Nissan Rogue last September 2023. Waited 3 weeks to pick it up, (supposedly due to them doing a through car) had car 1 week and had to bring it back failed inspection , rattling in rear waited 3 weeks to get it back and 1 year later according to them I caused wear and tear that results in worn cv joints, wheel barons, broken sway bar links , list goes on . Even mechanic said there’s a lot wrong with vehicle . Guess I’ll be filing papers once I bring it to my local mechanic to see what he thinks of this. 0 stars, from sales, mechanics and finance dept who told me my car was registered and insured and on my way to get car found out by my insurance agent that car was not legal to drive !

Avoid This Place – Horrible Experience
If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. My relative bought a car here with no warranty (fine, we knew that), but we expected the car to at least work. Within a week, it started slipping and shaking. My local mechanic said it had a bad transmission and the tire balls were so stripped it was unsafe to drive. She had to spend over $1,000 just to make the car safe enough to bring back to the dealer.
When we returned, the dealership completely ignored the repairs she had already paid for, but they did admit the transmission was bad. They replaced it with another used one—and after two weeks of waiting without a loaner car, we were told the second transmission was also faulty. We had to wait another two weeks for them to replace it again. In total, it took one month to fix, and during all that time, they refused to provide any replacement car. When my relative pointed out that she still hadn’t been able to drive the car she bought a month ago, they told her she should feel “lucky” they were replacing the transmission for free!
And now, after finally getting the car back, she drove it home only to find the battery is dead this very same afternoon! This dealership clearly takes advantage of people, knowing they’re not in a position to hire lawyers. If you’re thinking of buying here—don’t. You’ll waste your money, time, and end up with a broken car and no support.
