I had a car problem. They use this texting program and sent me pictures of my car, the problem they found, and an estimate to fix it. You can trust people who send you proof and written documentation on cost to fix. They even gave me a few options on how to go about the repair and they were proactive in making sure I was aware that my battery was about to "expire" as the british guy calls it. I can do a lot of my own work but man I sure appreciated their transparent approach to car repairs. Plus they bring humor in to these humorless situations. Break downs are never fun but somehow they make it seem more manageable. I definitely will recommend them to others.
