The service manager doesn’t know how to treat or talk to people. He’s very rude and unprofessional. I’ve taken my 2022 Tucson up there repeatedly because my screen keeps going blank. I went on a 5 hr trip without a radio bc it wouldn’t work and all Brandon wants to do is push a reset button which doesn’t help at all. He doesn’t want to listen to you when you try to explain the problems your having because he rudely interrupts you and looks at you crazy. He slammed my door on me the other day and walked away while I was still talking. He needs to be fired. When paying $35000 for a vehicle everything should work properly. There’s nothing but kids working in the service dept and I’m sure they’re not all certified technicians. Fire his a**
