We were trying to pick up our car, but we found scratches everywhere on the body of my car. Ms. Lacy said she will have her team fix all the scratches, some areas may need to be re-paint. But she will set it for me. Yes, the scratches seem gone when I picked it up the 2nd time. But after a car wash, all the scratches show up again, and even more. My husband saw them use the dry rag, trying to hurry up to clean up and removed the dust from the outside of the car. That's created most of the scratches. And their staff told us, they don't have any formal training. So, they use the customer's car as an experiment. Besides the scratches, I found out my driver-side auto seat adjustment not working, and the coolant liquid is very low. There may be more damage that I don't know until I turn into my dealership to check. If I were you, have an expensive car, do not send it to them. It is very expensive to fix the scratches
