Julio said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, because there was a problem between the insurance company and the business, regarding the paint service to be completed on his vehicle. The insurance would not cover the cost to paint the door handles, and also the front fender on his vehicle. The colors were all black, but they were different shades of black. 1 door was completely replaced, and the other door was fixed and painted. John called a couple of times, as soon as he found out he wasn't completely satisfied. Then, John really tried to help him resolve the issue with the insurance company. He was really nice, and he performed a good job. He was completely satisfied with the paint service completed on his vehicle, except for the reasons above. This was the only problem with the vehicle, and it wasn't the business' fault. He would absolutely recommend the business for repair services.
