Preventative Maintenance
I cannot recommend Cascade Automotive Service on Old 28th Street enough for their incredible honesty and professionalism. I brought my 2017 Dodge Charger SXT in with a front-end squeak, fully prepared to spend thousands of dollars on a full suspension overhaul. Instead of taking advantage of my budget, their team thoroughly inspected my car, verified that my steering components and struts were completely fine, and saved me over $1,500 in unnecessary repairs. Finding a mechanic shop with this level of integrity is incredibly rare. Instead, they helped me pivot my budget toward necessary, proactive maintenance for my vehicle's mileage. They replaced my water pump, thermostat, belt, battery, and PCV valve, while also replacing the coolant and cleaning the throttle body. The final bill came out perfectly under my budget, and my car is now running beautifully and fully prepped for the winter. If you want a trustworthy team that treats you fairly and only recommends what your car truly needs, Cascade Automotive is the absolute best in Grand Rapids!
