I was going to look and felt pressured
On 11-22-2023 I went to get a dependable car for drs visits. The car was nice but I was pressured into talking to my son as I told them I would not take unless he approved. Finally I talked to him and we agreed. When we were told that I would get a spare key but I would have to call back because it was in a lock box. When I called back to set an appointment LaCie told me that it would be over $500 for the key. I told them that I was 72 and hadn’t been screwed in a long time but they had just screwed me. I know it’s just the extra key but the owner had promised it. What else did they lie about. I am stuck with this one because I can’t do anything else but please beware.

Worst overall service
Over 4 months and 4 loaner cars they still have failed to fix my car. I took it to the dealership with one issue and then I left with a different issue they caused and don’t want to fix!!! I have called and left messages and sent emails to Dee and James with no response since the last time I picked up my car and it not being fixed!!! Now I’m stuck with a vehicle with issues that they did and failed to repair! Sad part is I bought this car from them too!!! All I want is my car to actually be fixed instead of me getting the run around!!!

Replaced radio so map on screen works correctly
They replace radio in car because my map didn't work over have the time. They don't program it in , it is my responsibility. But they will help me if need to.

They didn't have it in back for long. They said radio would fix it, but it finish they didn't let me know they didn't let me know they didn't program anything back in it
